Thank you for your donation to NETXPERIA. We are grateful for your support. As a non-profit organization, we rely on donations to fund our operations and programs. Therefore, all donations made to NETXPERIA are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional circumstances, a refund may be considered. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

  • **Error in Donation Amount**: If an error occurred during the donation process resulting in an incorrect amount being charged.
  • **Unauthorized Donation**: If a donation was made without the cardholder's authorization.
  • **Duplicate Donation**: If a donor accidentally made multiple identical donations.

Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be made within 7 days of the donation date. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at refunds@netxperia.com with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the donation
  • Date of donation
  • Donation amount
  • Reason for refund request
  • Transaction ID (if available)

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

5. Changes to this Policy

NETXPERIA reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
